The installation was done well and efficiently by the team. They handled the challenge of discovering that one room was already partially insulated and adjusted accordingly. We had insulation done from both outside (for downstairs) and inside (for upstairs). Rikki, when quoting, was very clear about what state the rooms would be left in and the team did exactly as promised. Outside holes were filled, sanded back and primed ready for painting, which was very quick for us to do. Inside holes required more work from us: the team left the holes filled, but, as Rikki had warned us, we needed to do a second skim of plaster, priming and painting. Three days after installation was done, we have finished the decorating, and can no longer see the holes. We now wait for the winter to find out how big a difference this makes to the feel of the walls
